Vote-by-mail ballots being sent to registered voters as of Monday, Oct. 5

Ballots for the General Election on Nov. 3 will be mailed to all registered voters by the Orange County Registrar of Voters (ROV) beginning Monday, Oct. 5.

You can return your ballot by USPS mail, at secure ballot drop boxes, or at Vote Centers dropoffs. Ballots must be returned by Election Day, Nov. 3.

Find a complete list of ballot return options at ocvote.gov/options. Additionally, the ROV has launched OC Ballot Express at ocvote.gov/track to track your ballot’s status, from when it is mailed, to when it is returned.

The last day to register to vote in the 2026 General Election is Oct. 19.
