Public Works completes the TeWinkle Park upper lake restoration

Restoration work at TeWinkle Park upper lake is at the final stage.

The lake liner has been installed with the final phase underway as the upper lake has been refilled along with the transfer of aquatic wildlife from the lower lake back to the upper lake.

The next phase will involve a similar rehabilitation of the lower lake.
