Winter Weeknight Dinners

Looking for a way to spice up your weeknight dinners? Join in for four comforting meals perfect for the family yet delicious enough for company. The Chef Instructor will teach you how to cook pasta perfectly, create a rich bean stew, and how to batter and fry chiles. You will also learn how to make flaky pie crust and a twist on a classic pesto.

Walk with the Mayor

At 5:30 a.m. on the third Friday of each month, residents can participate in the “Walk and Talk with the Mayor” for approximately a 90-minute walk. The group will meet at the Estancia High School parking lot (2323 Placentia Ave.) adjacent to the tennis court.
