Walk and Talk with the Mayor

At 5:30 a.m. on the third Friday of each month, residents can participate in the “Walk and Talk with the Mayor” for approximately a 90-minute walk. The group will meet at the Estancia High School parking lot adjacent to the tennis court.




Special City Council Meeting

SCFTA Movie Monday-Grease

Join the  Segerstrom Center for their FREE Movie Mondays, returning for its tenth season on the Arts Plaza. Local Movie-goers can look forward to gathering as a community for casual evenings of fun activities, picnic dinners or specialties from popular food trucks and watching five fan-favorite films on consecutive Mondays. Set-up begins at 5:30 p.m., with the movie starting at dusk (approximately 8 p.m.). Guests are encouraged to bring beach chairs or other easily portable seating items, snacks and picnic suppers. Barbecues and similar food preparation are not permitted.

The city of Costa Mesa invites residents to participate in public workshops intended to obtain input on the Open Space Master Plan of Parks and Recreation. Topics include:

  • What are the recreation needs in Costa Mesa?
  • Who currently uses your parks and facilities?
  • What parks, facilities, and programs are needed as the city grows?
  • What is missing for youth, adults and seniors?
