The Winter's Tale

Filled Pastas: Ravioli, Tortellini and Agnolotti

Our Chef Instructor will show you how to create the perfect pasta dough and share tips and for rolling and shaping the perfect agnolotti, tortellini, and ravioli. You will also learn how to make tapenade, pesto, and velvety cream sauce with a twist. By the end of the class, you’ll wonder why you never tried this before!
