The City is planning to construct a linear park along the south side of Arlington Drive between Fairview Road and Newport Boulevard. The City of Costa Mesa Department of Public Services will host a neighborhood meeting to discuss the attached conceptual design and receive input for this proposed project. Please come and listen to the ideas that are being put forward and provide us with your valuable comments and suggestions. The meeting will take place in the multipurpose room at Davis Magnet Elementary School.
